The availability of a specific model is confirmed individually. The warehouse stock is held jointly in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. We have been supplying Ukrainian customers since 2022.

Start-up and power transfer
For configurations with an automatic transfer switch (ATS) panel, the generator starts automatically when the grid fails. The start-up and transfer time depends on the configuration of the specific installation.

ESKO Generator has experience with export documentation, international transport and customs formalities for the Ukrainian market. This allows us to offer realistic delivery times and fulfil them reliably.
The delivery terms are EXW from our warehouse in the Czech Republic or the Netherlands, or DAP to a destination agreed in advance (Incoterms 2020) — by agreement. Inquiries are handled by Eman Matějka; availability, price and terms are confirmed individually after an inquiry.

Warranty follows the terms of the specific manufacturer. Service options are clarified separately by model and place of operation.
