Overview
Production continuity is a matter of design
A power outage in a manufacturing plant means stopped lines, lost work in progress and penalties for undelivered orders. We supply generators sized for the real load profile of the operation — including motor starting currents, load peaks and coordination with production technology.
Our portfolio covers both standby configurations for plants connected to the distribution grid and prime configurations for operations with limited connection capacity or continuous duty.
Risk of an outage
What we solve for manufacturing plants
Standby for critical lines
Backup of priority production lines, compressors, cooling and control systems during a grid outage.
Starting currents
Sizing with respect to motor starting currents — presses, compressors and drives must start without tripping the generator.
Prime duty
Generators as a primary source in locations with a weak grid or limited connection capacity.
Redundancy
Parallel configurations with N+1 reserve where the operation cannot afford a single point of failure.
Load testing
Commissioning with a load test at the real operating load — not just an off-load start check.
Service regimes
Stand-by service intervals by calendar; for prime duty intervals by engine hours — per the agreed service plan.
Where it fits
Typical configurations
Single standby unit + ATS
The most common solution — one generator with automatic transfer for the critical circuits of the plant.
Parallel configuration N+1
Two or more units in parallel with one reserve unit. Suitable for continuous operations and higher outputs.
Prime configuration
Generator as the primary or supplementary source — sized for continuous operation with PRP ratings.
Mobile units for seasonal peaks
Trailer or container units deployed for seasonally increased production.
System solution
Scope of delivery
Generators
Industrial AKSA units with Perkins, Doosan and Volvo Penta engines, 20–3000 kVA.
Transfer technology
ATS panels, parallel switchboards, load-shedding and priority circuits.
Installation
Transport, crane work, foundations, cabling and connection to the plant switchboards.
Commissioning
Energisation, load tests, documentation handover and operator training.
Service
Service contract according to the duty — stand-by or prime/COP regime.

Ratings are indicative, not a full-facility guarantee — the required PRP or ESP rating is confirmed from your load profile, starting loads and critical circuits during project sizing.

Czech projects — scope as agreed
For Czech projects the delivery may include, as agreed: generator supply, design of the installation, commissioning on a prepared site, turnkey realization and a service contract. The scope is always clarified together during consultation and confirmed in the quotation.
International supply — EXW CZ/NL
International direct sales are preferably EXW Czech Republic / Netherlands; transport is agreed individually. Installation and service abroad are possible in agreed cases and are always confirmed individually by location and model. Manufacturer warranty.
